Vince’s Pizza: A Slice of Life in Smithsburg

Family owned and operated, Vince’s New York Pizza was established in 1989 by Roberto Gonzalez in Smithsburg, Maryland. After years of success and becoming a local favorite, a new location of Vince’s was eventually opened in Hagerstown.

As featured in the National Pizza Magazine, Vince’s has proved itself as something much different than your typical pizzeria. The restaurant pioneered new ground in Smithsburg as the first to offer both delicious Italian cuisine with traditional Mexican dishes.

What makes us a local favorite?

We use the finest and freshest ingredients available to create a truly authentic New York style pizza. Our pizzas are entirely handmade, with hand-tossed crust. There are no conveyer belt ovens at Vince’s; we use a traditional deck oven just like it was done in the old days. While those big chains use bagged cheese, we shred our mozzarella fresh every day, and make our pizza dough from scratch daily. Our recipes have remain unchanged for over two decades.
